Leapfrog Energy Modeling Software Subscription

NAVFAC EXWC intends to award a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract on a sole source basis to BENTLEY SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED; CAGE CODE 05FE0 for the acquisition of software licensing and support for Leapfrog energy to continue generating 3D geologic and geothermal models, numerical models, reservoir models, and grids. This is in support the Navy Geothermal Program Office (GPO). The software will be capable of visualizing  forecasting models and performing other data calculations and analyses as required. The statutory authority for the use of this sole source action is 10 U.S.C. § 3204(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.

This Notice of Intent (NOI) is NOT a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Capability statements or quotes, if received timely, will be considered; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
