Description
The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to release a Request for Quote (RFQ), for a Firm Fixed-Price contract to overhaul a Work Boat in accordance with HRMC-030-22 work package. Work specification HRMC-030-22 is included in this pre-solicitation as an attachment. The required work shall take place at the contractor’s facility. Any interested party must have their own dry docking capabilities on the island of Oahu, HI.
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to thisprocurement is 336611 and the size standard for this NAICS code is 1,250 employees. The ProductService Code is J019 Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of Equipment - Ships, Small Craft ,Pontoons, and Floating Docks
This posting serves as a Pre-Solicitation notice in association with N32253-22-Q-0058. This pre-solicitation notice is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.201. This posting is not a request for quotations. Submission of any information in response to this notice is purely voluntary. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. All firms or individuals responding to the forthcoming solicitation must be registered with the System for AwardManagement (SAM) https://www.sam.gov by the award date.
This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside.
The tentative delivery date for this requirement is 30 November 2022.
PHNSY & IMF intends to post the solicitation for this requirement on or about 27 May 2022. Written offers shall be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure and submission instructions outlined in the forthcoming solicitation. All dates and information included in this announcement are subject to change.
Site Visit:
One ship check opportunity will be offered on 25 May 2022 at 0900 am HST on Ford Island Fox 3.5 (Map attached).
