7. Provide the Name and Country of MANUFACTURE
8. Return this information with your quote.

DLA MARITIME PUGET SOUND is issuing a solicitation for the procurement of Indexers to be negotiated on a sole source basis with Terydon inc., per FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

This requirement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis using the commercial item procedures in FAR Parts 12 and 13. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price (FFP) type commercial purchase order. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB will be DESTINATION Bremerton, WA.

The RFQ will be posted and be available for download at http://sam.gov

The solicitation MUST BE EMAILED TO THE BUYER, do not fax.

The closing date of the solicitation will be 02/16/2022.

OFFERORS WISHING TO SUBMIT AN OFFER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DOWNLOADING THEIR OWN COPY OF THE RFQ from FBO and to frequently monitor FBO for any amendments. A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, NO TELEPHONE OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THE RFQ PACKAGE WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.
