Telemetry Recorder / Front End Processor Replacement

This posting is being updated to include the following information for interested parties. As part of ongoing market research activities, the Government is interested in facilitating an industry day event to conduct working demonstrations of non-developmental item (NDI) solutions meeting Government requirements for this program. During this event it is contemplated that individual breakout sessions may be required to protect access to trade secrets and potential proprietary data. The Government will work within our testing parameters and capabilities to protect industry partners processes and data. The demonstrations will be held at either Vandenberg AFB or Hill AFB.

The Government requests that all interested parties with NDI solutions contact the Contracting Officer, Benjamin Eddy benjamin.eddy@us.af.mil, no later than 25 May 2023. The Government will require that all demonstrations be completed by 5 June 2023 but would like to complete this process as soon as possible.

For clarification purposes as it pertains to this notice, NDI includes items that require minor modifications to meet the requirements of the procuring agency.

This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute an Invitation for Bids (IFB), a Request for Proposals (RFP), a Request for Quotations (RFQ) or an indication that the Government will contract for any of the items and/or services contained in this notice. In accordance with FAR 52.215-3, Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes, the Government will not pay for any information/items submitted in response to the RFI. No determination as to the viability of this potential requirement has been made at this point and there is currently no solicitation for this effort.
