13 August 2024 AMENDMENT 0001 Information:

The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Revise Bid Schedule

2. Extend Q&A for additional Questions/Concerns. Late Questions and or Concerns will not be reviewed nor considered. Please ensure to submit all questions and or concerns timely.

3. Extended Response due date. Refer to notice and solicitation for the updated response due date.

This requirement is set-aside for small business concerns. Interested contractors must refer to the attached Solicitation for Instructions, Conditions, Notices to Offerors, and Evaluation Factors for Award when responding to this Request for Quote (RFQ). Attachments include the applicable Statement of Work (SOW) and Wage Determination. A Site Visit will be conducted for this requirement. The date and time of the Site Visit, to include instructions for attendance, is located within the attached Solicitation document. Please be aware of the timelines documented within to be considered timely.

QUESTIONS/CONCERNS: All questions must be submitted in writing through email no later than Thursday, 15 August 2024 at 1:00 pm CST. Responses to questions will be posted by the Government to SAM.gov, within this notice, after answers have been provided to each question. Late requests to Questions and or Concerns will not be reviewed nor considered. Please ensure to submit all questions and or concerns timely. Submit question(s) electronically via email to the POCs listed within this notice

Description of Services: Replacement pump of water well #8 and incidental related work. Removal of the submersible pump from its current location of approximately 200 to 300 feet beneath the ground's surface, and repair of all related components including electrical, mechanical, and controls systems. This includes the Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) inspection and test, and distribution pump that are components of the water delivery system, both located within B3319.

Water well delivery system will require testing and reporting in accordance with (IAW) Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) 30 TAC 290.41 (c)(3)(F) prior to being placed back into service. Work includes all functions needed to provide a 100% fully operational water well delivery system and incidental related work. Work includes a complete assessment in IAW with the Statement of Work (SOW)
