Request for Information HazMat Services 8A Firms
I. INTRODUCTION
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is conducting a Request for Information (RFI), pursuant to FAR Part 10 Market Research. This RFI is in support of Market Research being conducted by the BLM to emergency response and response services involving hazardous substances, which are regulated by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (¿EPA¿), or State regulatory agencies. Work will mainly be in the states of Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington, Utah, and Wyoming; however, work may be performed in any state within the continental United States.
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this requirement is anticipated to be 562910 Remediation Services.
THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. This notice shall NOT be considered a request for proposal, quotation, or an invitation for bid nor does responding to this RFI guarantee or exclude your participation in the forthcoming acquisition process. Any information provided by the Government under this notice is preliminary and may be updated or changed prior to release of the solicitation. The Government will NOT award a contract solely on the basis of this notice, nor will it be liable for any costs associated with preparing and submitting a response to this notice.
All responses to the RFI must be submitted to Robert Gelchion(rgelchion@blm.gov)by 5pm MT on March 10th, 2022.
