Description

General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

State:    New Jersey 
City:    Neptune and Surrounding Communities (see Delineated Area)
Delineated Area:    North: Route 36
East: Atlantic Ocean

Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):    2,000

Additional Requirements:  

•    Must be contiguous space on the same level floor. 
•    Mass transit within a walkable ¼ mile from the proposed building. 
•    Building cannot be located within 500 feet to a school, daycare, playground, or park.
•    Space cannot be located within 30 yards of any other law enforcement agency or with another agency that provides federal judiciary services. 
•    Space cannot be located within 100 yards of local police department and/or detective offices. 

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is required.  Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
