Waco Mowing IDIQ

This is a Pre-solicitation Synopsis Notice for Mowing services at Waco Lake, Texas in support of the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Southwestern Division (SWD) Fort Worth District (SWF).

1. CONTRACT INFORMATION:

The Fort Worth District intends to award a firm fixed priced contract for park mowing services.

The estimated magnitude for this contract is between $500,000 and $1,000,000, including the base year and all option years.

Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside.

Place of Performance: Waco Lake, Texas

The estimated duration is an initial Base Period of twelve (12) months with up to 4 Option Periods of twelve (12) months each, for a total not to exceed contract period of 60 months. The Government reserves the right to award a contract for a lesser duration than stated herein.

2. PROJECT INFORMATION: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform mowing services at Waco Lake, Texas for the duration of the contract period.

3. SUBMISSION INFORMATION: The estimated solicitation issue date for solicitation W9126G22Q0018 is on or about February 4, 2022. Proposals are anticipated to be due approximately 30 days from issuance of the solicitation.

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this project is NAICS code 561730 (Landscaping Services), The Small Business Size Standard is $8 Million.
