Description

This project involves removing and disposal of existing boiler and indirect fired hot water heater and install a new boiler and indirect fired hot water heater that meets or exceeds existing BTU and capacities. Currently a model BL3R-70 82k BTU Pensatti Boiler and a SuperStor Ultra Model #SSU-45 Stainless Steel Indirect Fired Water Heater is installed. Contractor shall ensure compatibility and make connection to the existing power supply, heating system, domestic hot and cold water with new ball valves: as well as connection to the chimney and fuel supply. Contractor shall consider any needed upgrades to ensure installation is to code. Take any additional steps needed to bring the system back online to include filling, purging, starting the new system, and making any adjustments needed to confirm proper operation of the heating and hot water systems.
