Synopsis:
THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. THE PURPOSE OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. RESPONSE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT WILL BE USED BY THE GOVERNMENT TO MAKE APPROPRIATE ACQUISITION DECISIONS. A SUBSEQUENT SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT MAY FOLLOW. RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AS AN ADEQUATE RESPONSE TO ANY FUTURE ANNOUNCEMENT.
Joint Base Charleston (JB CHS), located in Charleston, SC is seeking sources for a requirement to provide and install the following;
1) Deliver and install one (1) Negative Air Flow and Dust Collection Unit (DCU) located at the JB CHS Combat Arms Training and Maintenace (CATM) Small Arms Range (SAR).
2) Remove damaged overhead baffle facia located at CATM SAR. Deliver and install treated sheathing new facia with ballistic rubber where damaged facia was removed.
Must meet and be installed according to US Air Force ETL 11-18
The contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state, county, and local laws, ordinances and regulations and will be responsible for obtaining all licenses, permits, inspections and other authorizations required for the contractor’s performance. Contractor shall be responsible for performing all work under this contract in accordance with all Federal, State, County, City laws and codes, and follow the more stringent of them. In addition to compliance with these laws, the Contractor shall follow all applicable standard industry practices including, but not limited to: Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA).
