FA-10021-21 Building 900 Fort Liberty, NC

This Pre-solicitation Notice is for: a FY 24, PN: FA-10021-21 Repair/Renovate of Building 900. This acquisition will be a 100%, small business set aside as an invitation for Bid, and will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract Award.

Description/Scope:

Fort Liberty, NC has a requirement to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for the repairs building 900, a headquarters facility. The project will demolish and abate all failing components and hazardous material. The project repairs the electrical system, wiring, and conduits, repairs heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) and mechanical systems, repairs architectural features and interior finishes, repairs roof and structural systems. Project repairs by replacement the mass notification and fire alarm system to meet current code requirements. Project will repair interior space to more closely match current Air Force and Army battalion headquarters (BN HQ) standards.

Magnitude of construction per DFARS 236.204(1) Between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. 

The anticipated period of performance is 1160 calendar days after issuance of notice to proceed if all options were to be exercised.

Anticipated solicitation date is March 1, 2024.
