Description
The purpose of this amendment is to require the contractors to release the name(s) of their proposed AbilityOne Non-Profit Agency(s) (NPA) to Source America (SA). This will give SA an opportunity to verify if the NPA is in good standing and sign an agreement for compliance. Please be informed any information shared with SA will be kept confidential. Vendors are required to submit proposed NPA information to SA (primecontractor@abilityone.org) by 11:00am EST on September 27, 2023. To accommodate this additional requirement CMS is extending the proposal due date to 11:00am EST on October 5, 2023.
All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
