7200AA18M00007 TRG - Limited Source Justification Package

This is a Limited Source Justiifcation and Approval Memo to approve an increase in the current Total Estimated Cost (TEC) of the Sharing Environment and Energy Knowledge (SEEK) contract (GS00F061GA/7200AA18M00007) with Training Resources Group,
Inc. (TRG - by the amount of $2,000,000.00 which would increase the total TEC of the contract from $19,980,315.46 to $21,980,315.46. The ceiling increase will not impact the current period of performance of the contract and the contract will still end on June 21, 2023. SEEK was issued via the GSA’s Multiple Award Schedule and awarded as a Time and Materials (T&M) (Labor Hour with ceiling prices) Task Order to Training Resources Group (TRG), Inc. It was competed under the GSA small business pool. The period of performance is June 22, 2018 through June 21, 2023. There have been no previous noncompetitive mods. The contract was awarded with a two-year base period and three, one-year option periods. All option periods years have been
exercised.
