Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain.

In accordance with and subject to the terms, requirements, and conditions of this RLP, NIH will evaluate all proposals received to select an Offeror as Potential Lessee and enter into lease negotiations.  A Potential Lessee with whom NIH makes and enters into a written and legally binding lease agreement is hereinafter referred to as a “Lessee.”  A Potential Lessee may not actually become a Lessee.
