Description
The general purpose of this Solicitation is for the acquisition of LAr circulation and condenser pumps for Cryostats #1 and #2 for the Long-Baseline Neutrino Facility (LBNF), Deep Underground Neutrino Experiment (DUNE).
The scope encompasses the engineering, and manufacturing of the LAr Condenser and Circulation pumps, variable frequency drives (VFDs), overhaul kits, and spare impellers. The pumps consist of 3 LAr condenser pumps and 3 circulation pumps for Cryostat #1, and 3 LAr condenser pumps and 3 circulation pumps for Cryostat #2. 6 VFDs are needed for each Cryostat, a total of 12 (one for each circulation pump). The pumps and VFDs will require testing and certification, installation, and repair manuals, as well as packing and shipping.
