Description
The proposed action is for air freight service from Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska to Tin City, Alaska, to support an ARNORTH mission. The freight to be transported are three (3) containers weighing approximately 12,000 pounds along with two military escorts.
