Description

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for replacement of office furniture for the 5th Force Support Squadron at Minot AFB, North
Dakota. Work will include removal and disposal of the existing furniture and delivery, assembly, and installation of the new
furniture. All work is to be performed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. A site visit will be held on Monday, 12
August 2024, at 10:00 a.m. CDT. All requests for base access to attend the site visit must be sent to nitra.latta.2@us.af.mil AND
sherra.miller@us.af.mil. Requests must include full name and represented company. All personnel requesting access to Minot AFB
must possess a valid state or government picture ID card. Individuals presenting ID cards from a state that is non-compliant with the
REAL ID Act will require additional documentation to gain unescorted base access. Additional documentation includes a valid U.S.
or foreign government issued passport, an employment authorization document that contains a photograph, or ID cards issued by
federal, state, or local government agencies that include a photo and biographic information. Additional information to include a full
list of REAL ID Act compliant and non-compliant states can be found at https://www.dhs.gov/current-status-states-territories.
Participants for the site visit will meet at the Pride building, 475 Summit Drive, Minot AFB, North Dakota. Questions must be
submitted to the POCs listed above no later than 2:00 p.m. CDT on 15 August 2024. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are not
presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of
appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any
payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice
of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. The Government reserves the right to award all, some, or
none of this requirement.

INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS: All price quotations must be submitted on Attachment 4 - Quote Sheet and must be filled in entirely. All technical submissions must be submitted on a separate document.
