Description
The Embassy of the United States in Guatemala will issue a solicitation for photocopier services, cost per copy, that shall be based on a firm fixed price to include the photocopier equipment, supplies and service.
The contractor shall provide all required labor, personnel, management, materials & equipment to supply the required photocopier services. The Contractor shall retain ownership of all machines to be provided under this contract.
The cost per copy price shall include the usage charge of the proposed equipment, insurance, all necessary consumables, except paper, training and required equipment maintenance.
Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Guatemala will launch the solicitation on www.SAM.gov, website when it is available.
All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered.
The Government may award an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. The anticipated performance is for one base year period and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price contract.
All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
