Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.


W50S8V-23-Q-0024 – This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).


This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04; dated 2 June 2023.


This requirement is designated with a Small Business set-aside of Total Small Business and associated with NAICS code: 333912 and a small business size standard of 1,000 EMP.


The 130th Airlift Wing, Charleston, WV is requesting a quote for an Air Compressed System. This requirement is being requested price only. To be considered for award, the contractor must be registered in SAM.gov and meet the minimum requirements of the details below. Please provide a quote in accordance with your terms & conditions. The WVANG intends to award a firm fixed priced purchase order. The award of this contract will be made without discussions.
