Description

This is a Sources Sought/Request for Information only. This is not a Solicitation Announcement, nor is it a Request for Proposal. This request does not obligate the Government in any contract award. Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), a Power Marketing Agency, under Department of Energy, is conducting research to determine the market capabilities of supplying the following:
Conductor Type: 1272 KCMIL 54/19 “Pheasant” ACSS
Quantity: 102,000 feet (102 x 10,000 ft reels)
Need by Date: September 2024

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 335931, Current-Carrying Wiring Device Manufacturing, with a size standard of 500 employees.
