Description
The FDA is soliciting professional presentation skills training services to enable FDA employees to become more effective public speakers so they can deliver important public health information and information on FDA activities to our stakeholders. The Contractor shall be able to design and implement a training program that is specifically geared to help FDA employees become comfortable and skilled in representing the agency in external speaking engagements over various platforms (in person and virtual). Training topics must include at a minimum: how to prepare an effective speech, including PowerPoint training; how to effectively engage with an audience; how to moderate a panel and/or participate as a panel member; how to effectively use visuals and examples in presentations; teleprompter training; how to effectively navigate question and answer segments; and best practices for communicating over virtual platforms. The Contractor shall provide the services as specified in individual task orders placed by the FDA Office of External Affairs. The primary objective of this schedule is to satisfy the current and emerging needs that cannot be met through “in-house” personnel.
