Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Improving Sanitary and Phytosanitary Systems in Africa

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) intends to award on a Sole Source basis, a contract to Akademiya2063 in collaboration with the African Union Commission's Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, Blue Economy and Sustainable Environment, the African Continental Free Trade Area Secretariat, and USDA-FAS for Sanitary and Phytosanitary Systems.. The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement, which shall be considered by the agency. Capability statements must be received within 5 days after date of publication of this notice and shall include documentation on ability to satisfy the Government’s requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The applicable NAICS code is 541720; Size standard is $22M.
