Q702--Pharmaceutical Reverse Distribution

The VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS), 10 Casia St, San Juan, PR 00921, has a requirement for Pharmaceutical Reverse Distribution Services. Services will consist of the pick-up of pharmaceutical substances, as well as their destruction or disposition. These services are needed at the main VACHS facility, located in San Juan, PR, as well as the Ponce Out-Patient Clinic (POPC) and Mayaguez Out-Patient Clinic (MOPC). These collection services will be procured on a long-term basis and will consist of one (1) quarterly pick-up per facility, for a total of twelve (12) pick-ups per year. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 562119 (Other Waste Collection), and the Product Service Code (PSC) is Q702 (Technical Medical Support). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement with sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to meet the subject requirement. This is not a solicitation.
