The Federal Aviation Administration, Enroute Construction Branch, Atlanta Office has a new construction effort to replace the sewage and storm lift gate stations and piping at the Jacksonville Air Route Traffic Control Center in Hilliard, Florida  

This project is set aside for small businesses. The NAICS code is 237110, size standard of $45.0 million.

The Request for Offer (RFO), including Specifications, Drawings, and Wage Rates, are attached to this Announcement. All documents are available in .pdf format and may be viewed with the applicable version of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Professional.

The price range for this requirement is $500,000 to $1,000,000.00.

Payment and Performance Bonds are required.

A site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at 9:00 am. Due to security requirements, all attendees must have a valid photo ID (i.e. state driver's license) to gain access to the site. All contractors must submit a list of attendance at least 24 hours in advance to joshua.j.espinosa@faa.gov. Your list must note which employees (name and company) will attend. Any attendee not on the official list will be denied access to the facility.

All RFI’s must be submitted in writing to Joshua.j.espinosa@faa.gov at least five (5) days prior to the date specified for receipt of proposals.

NOTE TO OFFERORS:  All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. A solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website to be eligible for award of a contract. Faxed offers and amendments will not be accepted.

In addition, offerors are cautioned to read the RFO carefully and ensure all proposals conform to the requirements of Section L and M.

Note to contractors- the ‘ZJX-Lift Station Project SPECS’ drawings will be updated with signed drawings.
