Description

Answers to Contractors Questions Are there any brand preferences for any of the equipment. Answer: No Please explain what capabilities you expect the mobile cart to have and other uses outside of the theater?   Should there be a fixed camera on the mobile cart. Answer: Yes, there should be a fixed camera on the cart, monitor and addressing system The encoder/decoder for the mobile cart, is the sole purpose to have interface for the auditorium systems?  Answer: If the encoder can be utilized for other remote locations, then we would like to investigate those option further Will the projector be mounted or part of the mobile cart? Answer: Will not be part of the Cart Do you require the mobile cart to have room for a Laptop of just the capability to make the connection? Answer: Needs space to have laptop on cart. Will there be data and power connections located where the monitors and speakers are to be installed? Answer: If that is what is need, then yes it would be provided. Would need that spelled out in the proposal where, and why needed. What type of mounts do you require for the monitors, flat or articulating?  Answer: Articulating Does the mobile cart need to have a speaker system also? Answer: Yes, explained in Q2. Can the headsets operate on RF, the specs call for IR? Answer: If RF is better than IR for mic and headset, then that is what is needed. Could you provide the dimensions of the theater? Answer: Stage - 44 wx25 d Auditorium - 44 w x 49 d ceiling is 20 high SAM.gov indicates that the RFQ is due on 30 June, the RFQ documents states that it is due on July 3, 1400.  Which one is correct? Answer: July 6rd 2PM is the New RFQ end date. When will the answers to the questions be published and to allow enough time to provide an accurate quote?  Answers published on 6/27/2023
