Amendment 0001 dated 8 March 2024, provides changes to sections A, J, and L, including site visit information. 

Amendment 0002 dated 11 March 2024, provides changes to Section A including updated site visit dates.  Site visit is scheduled for 2-4 April 2024, with submission of site visit registation due by 15 March 2024, 1300 East Africa Time.

Amendment 0003 dated 4 April 2024, provides changes to Sections A, F, J, L, and M as well as extending the proposal submission date to 29 April 2024 and responding to Pre-Proposal Inquiries.
