U.S. GOVERNMENT

General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

State: Oklahoma City
City: OK

Delineated Area: North: Northwest 23rd Street, Northeast 23rd Street
East: North Sooner Road, South Sooner Road
South: Southwest 59th Street, Southeast 59th Street
West: South May Avenue, North May Avenue

Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,540
Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,071

Additional Requirements: • 1.5 acres of wareyard space to store large
equipment items such as boats, atv’s, etc.
• Warehouse space to support storage of
program supplies such as steel and wire.
• Heavy live floor load capacity of 100 lbs. per
square foot and minimum ceiling height of 14
feet.
• One Unisex restroom

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility,
seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced
lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance
floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
