NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS.
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with TK Elevator Corporation under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
BIE NM Navajo North ELO, Shiprock, NM has a requirement for TK Elevator Corporation for continuation of elevator services at the Nataani Nez Complex Building No. 1381. The anticipated delivery date will be July 31, 2024.
