Description
I would like to provide all of our vendors additional time to submit quotes as we have two changes that need to be made to the solicitation.
- A reduction in Period of Performance. We require that the period of performance be reduced from 180 days to 120 days from time of Notice to Proceed.
- An additional attachment that details the requirements for base access for all future vendors. This must be complied with for any and all base access.
Because of these two changes we are providing seven additional days for submission of quotes. Please provide all required information and quotes by 2 February 2022 at 1600 local time.
Amendment 3: Extend closing date. Submit answers to questions previously submitted by interest parties (Attchment 5). Submit revised Attachments (1-2), Perforamnce Work Statement and COMBO HVAC Hangar document.

The Contractor shall provide non-personal services to include all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to perform maintenance, inspection and repair of Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems within the Hangar C5 building 3330 and the annex to ensure reliable and continuous safe operation. The services required under this PWS are not mission essential as defined by DoDI 1100.22. The contractor shall perform all work in accordance with applicable German and US Air Force environmental laws, regulations and operating standards, including but not limited to the Final Governing Standards (FGS) for Germany
