Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide an indefinite quantity of Chemical Vegetation Control Services in the Lower Connecticut River Basin, to include the following locations: Barre Falls Dam, Barre, MA, Birch Hill Dam and Tully Lake, Royalston, MA, Knightville Dam, and Littleville Lake, Huntington, MA.
THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO AWARD NO MORE THAN THREE(3) BPAs FROM THIS ONE SOLICITATION.
THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide Chemical Vegetation Control Services needed for each BPA call under the agreement.
The period of performance of the resulting agreement will be 36 months from the date of award. The BPA Master Limit is $250,000; where no single BPA Call may exceed $25,000 in total cost.
In accordance with FAR 13.303-3(a)(2), the Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases actually made under the BPA.
This is a request for offers at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date are within this solicitation. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.SAM.gov).
This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 571630 with a Small Business Size Standard of $9.5 Million.
ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON-RESPONSIVE.
