Description
3 Nov 2023: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the closing date of this solicitation from 14 November 2023 to 15 December 2023 to allow ample time to address questions received. All other aspects of the solicitation remain unchanged.
28 Sep 2023: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Installation Readiness Center (MICC-IRC) has a requirement from the United States Army, Headquarters, Installation Management Command (HQ IMCOM) and the Department of Public Works at Fort Novosel, AL. A non-personal services contract to provide Job Order Contract Services (JOC). The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers. The Contractor shall perform to the standards specified in this Statement of Work (SOW). Contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary as defined in this SOW.
Contract Type: A Firm Fixed Price (FFP). The award will be made to the offeror who provides a proposal that is determined to be the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA).
Period of Performance: The anticipated period of performance will be a 30-day phase in. A base period and four (4) one year option periods to include the six-month extension under FAR 52-217-8, if exercised. The anticipated full period of performance is May 21, 2024, to May 20, 2029.

Any changes to the RFP will be conveyed through an amendment to the RFP.
