Description
Work includes, but is not limited to: provide labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to extend the raised floor approximately 75 SF between the clerk and judge’s bench, which will contain raceways/conduit for AV and electrical wiring and be able to support a mounted monitor. The courtroom will also be re-carpeted with approximately 185 SY of broadloom carpet, including moving courtroom furniture and disposing of the existing carpet. Work will take place in Courtroom 1 on the second floor at the US Courthouse, Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The work shall be completed within 30 calendar days after the notice to proceed. The project’s estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
The solicitation will be issued on October 10, 2024, at https://sam.gov/, with offers due on November 6, 2024. Anticipated award date is December 6, 2024. Information regarding a site visit will be announced in the solicitation. A site visit is recommended. This procurement is being set-aside for small businesses only. To be eligible for award, contractors must be REGISTERED and ACTIVE with the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. All responsible sources submitting an offer will be considered.
