Description

The General Services Administration Office of Inspector General (GSA OIG), Office of Investigations, has a requirement to procure Body Worn Cameras and an integrated Criminal Justice Information System Digital Evidence Management System (DEMS).  The DEMS requirement is for a complete turn-key solution with the ability, functions, and features capable of supporting ongoing operations and activities.   This includes all associated licenses, storage, support and (on an as-needed basis) associated products/services to support the anticipated growth and future requirements of similar nature.

GSA OIG intends to satisfy the DEMS requirement with a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution that is hosted on a vendor-provided cloud-based environment. The SaaS must be a Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) authorized solution and must support the capture, management, and secure sharing of digital evidence on a compatible platform, to include but not limited to the body-worn camera (BWC) video captured during operations.  The solution also must allow for secure case sharing with partner agencies, as well as the Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA).

Axon Enterprise, Inc. is currently the only vendor utilizing a FedRAMP authorized DEMS.   Additionally, as the only FedRAMP authorized DEMS, Axon is the only contractor providing DEMS to partner agencies and the EOUSA.  This makes Axon uniquely qualified for meeting all of GSA OIG’s requirements for secure case sharing with these other governmental groups.

Estimated range for this order is $250,000.00 to $500,000.
