Description

THIS IS A Sources Sought Notice ONLY.

The U.S. Government currently intends to award a contract to provide Wifi and Internet Services for 210 rooms across 5 buildings in support of the Command Assessment Program (CAP) in support of the United States Human Resources Command (HRC).

Specific Tasks include but not limited to:

1.  Provide managed Internet services and Wi-Fi services across 5 buildings.

2.  Period of Performance: The Period of Performance is from 10 September 2025 to 9 September 2026 for base year with three options of period of performance from

10 September 2026 to 9 September 2027.

10 September 2027 to 9 September 2028.

10 September 2028 to 9 September 2029.

3. Provide full service for 3 months.  The one-year periods are provided for flexibility in the CAP scheduling and coordination for contractor install/clean up each year.  CAP is a 3-month assessment program.  CAP does not own the buildings, therefore install must be temporary.  The contractor must arrive prior to CAP, do a temporary set up, and then remove their hardware after CAP ends.

This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this sources sought notice. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Submittals will not be returned to the responder. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor Government portals for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
