AMENDMENT 3: Two additional questions and answers were added as Attachment 3_Q and A_TF33 Engine Work Platforms_Result of the Site Visit_Rev1. The new questions and answers are highlighted in yellow. Please review these questions and revise your quote if needed. The due date for quotes remains 15 Feb 2023 by 12:00pm CST.

AMENDMENT 2: The due date for quotes has been extended to 15 Feb 2023. As a result of the Site Visit, the SOW and Technical Evaluation Criteria were revised and several attachments were added. PLEASE REVIEW EACH ATTACHMENT. These documents/photos contain information essential for a design/quote IAW the terms and conditions of the CSS.

*Any quotes that have already been submitted should be revised to include the updated information.

AMENDMENT 1: The due date for quotes has been extended to 8 Feb 2023 due to offering the opportunity for a Site Visit. An amended Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (CSS) has been uploaded. Site visit information is highlighted in yellow in the CSS.

SITE VISIT

A Site Visit/Walk-through is scheduled for 25 Jan 2023 at 0930 CT. All parties are requested to meet at the Tinker AFB Visitor Center, at 0900 CT to gain entry on the base. It is anticipated the Site Visit/Walk-through may take a few hours to a half a day. The Site Visit/Walk-through is not mandatory; however, all are encouraged to attend. This will be the only opportunity made available to physically view an existing TF33 Work Platform. The maximum number of attendees representing a prime contractor (to include any potential subcontractors) is THREE (3). A list of attendees shall be provided by a prime contractor to the Contracting Officers Jennifer Azbill at jennifer.azbill@us.af.mil and Elizabeth Fanning at elizabeth.fanning@us.af.mil no later than 1200 CT, 24 Jan 2023. For each attendee, identify the prime or subcontractor represented; any individual not on the attendance list will be asked to leave. Information needed:

  6. Citizenship
  7. Prime or Sub
  8. Company you work for
  9. Cell Phone number - (helpful if CO needs to contact the individual on the morning of site visit)

Resulting questions from the Site Visit and/or RFQ questions shall be submitted electronically via email to Contracting Officers Jennifer Azbill at jennifer.azbill@us.af.mil and Elizabeth Fanning at elizabeth.fanning@us.af.mil  by 1500 CT, 26 Jan 2023. Adherence to the cutoff date is essential to allow for government response to questions. All of the questions and responses will be sent to the Prime Contractors at the same time. The AFSC/PZIM Contracting office is the sole point of contact for this solicitation prior to award; PMXG engineers shall not be contacted directly.

TF33 Engine Work Platforms: The Government intends to purchase three Engine Work Platforms that are specifically designed to accomodate vertical TF33 engines.
