Amendment 1 – 26 September 2023

The Government requests revised quotes to meet the revised Equipment number and product description on CLIN 0001 of the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation.  All revisions are in blue font on the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation.  Revised quotes will supersede existing quotes.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a brand name requirement.

This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible Small Business concerns may submit a quote, which if received timely, may be considered. The 10th Contracting Squadron at the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) intends to award one firm fixed price contract to an authorized reseller for a STERIS Medivators Advantage Plus Automated Endoscope Reprocessor including installation and a VerifEye 2.0 Video Borescope.
