HADR Logistics Handbook Translation & Interpretation

THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE REQUIREMENT.

The United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) Directorate of Logistics (SCJ4) is supporting the development of a Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR) Logistics Handbook for the Western Hemisphere as a follow-on of the FY-22 Senior Leader Logistics Symposium (SLLS) that was held 15-16 June 2022. These activities will be in the form of four (4) working groups comprised of multiple countries from the SOUTHCOM AOR. The working groups will be the SLLS ad hoc Working Group, The Movement and Transportation Working Group, and the Handbook Steering Committee and the Handbook Writing Working Group. Beginning in November of 2023, the Handbook Steering Committee and the Movement & Transportation WG will start monthly meetings virtually in Zoom to develop a Program of Action and Milestones (POAM) to create the HADR Handbook with participants from Canada, Chile, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Guatemala, Jamaica, Peru and the United Kingdom, the Contractor shall provide non-personal services translation and conference interpretation services to include document translation and simultaneous interpretation in support of the working group.
