Description

UPDATE: Government's response to vendor submitted RFI questions.

******************

The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Services (FAS), Office of Travel, Transportation and Logistics (TTL),City Pair Program (CPP) is requesting information to understand the capacity of commercial airline carriers to provide their schedule data, such as daily flights and service, in order to be provided the most relevant, current, and accurate airline schedules to improve upon the City Pair Program’s annual Request for Proposal (RFP).

CPP is requesting information to understand if a carrier can produce a spreadsheet file to allow GSA to compare the accuracy, relevancy, and speed of transformation to the existing process and see if a more effective and efficient process would be beneficial to develop the market requirements released in the RFP.  By October 15, 2024, for any city pair in the attached spreadsheet, the Government would like to receive a delimited text file (comma-separated values) or spreadsheet (whichever is easier) containing the fields outlined in the attached RFI. An excel spreadsheet is also attached containg the list of city pairs the Government is considering soliciting for FY26.
