Description

The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) St. Petersburg Coastal and Marine Science Center (SPCMSC) has an ongoing requirement for facilitation and translation services to support natural hazards research and co-development of hazards tools and resources for natural hazards projects in the US Caribbean territories. This requirement is for a single-award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Through continued collaboration, the USGS expects to build on products relevant to US territories in the Caribbean and propose future scientific projects to address knowledge gaps. The contractor shall support stakeholder engagement efforts for expanding USGS hazard resources to the U.S. territories in the Caribbean, perform detailed data analysis of focus groups using MAXQD software, provide translation services and compile reports of findings for various studies. Task Orders will be issued on a firm-fixed price basis for various tasks under this contract. The not-to-exceed ceiling for this IDIQ contract is $250,000 over a period of performance not-to-exceed five years.

Request for Quote (RFQ) 40G0122Q0044 will be issued on or about 2/24/2022 with responses due on or about 3/18/2022.

The acquisition is a small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 541990. The size standard is $16.5.
