Description

The Library of Congress National Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled (NLS) requires contractor support to provide, as mandated by 2 U.S.C. 135a, reading materials in recorded and braille formats to U.S. residents who are unable to use conventional print materials because of visual and physical limitations.

The contractor will be required to narrate and record audio magazines and provide a digital talking book (DTB) verision of the magazines in accourdance with NLS specifications.
