Request for Information (RFI)

The purpose of this procurement is to provide an agile work partner to help provide Data Center IT Mainframe Services within DISC for 24x7/365 IT service operations.  DISC provides those comprehensive cloud-based hosting services, including Disaster Recovery, associated operations, security, and professional support services to a customer base of approximately 35 federal organizations.  DISC hosts and supports business applications supporting millions of citizens across the United States of America.  DISC is a GSA FedRAMP certified cloud service provider for its on premise hosted private Government Cloud solutions.  DISC anticipates growth in several enterprise services over the term of this contract.

There is a need for maintaining operations, traditional or legacy services, and to innovate at an accelerated pace to meet our customer requirements.  Personnel may be required to operate from or travel to physical data center locations as required by the Government.

Most services may be rendered remotely, though some, primarily, physical operations require to be on-site.  Outside of physical hardware activities, many services, such as Infrastructure and Platform Services, are primarily online/remote.

Please see attached RFI and Performance Work Statement.
