AMENDMENT TO CORRECT SITE VISIT POINT OF CONTACT INFORMATION

FAR 52.237-1 SITE VISIT (APR 1984)
Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.

Please contact Karl Kligel at karl.kligel@noaa.gov to set up a time to visit the site on Wednesday, August 9, 2023 between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm local time. Vendors must pre-register with Karl Kligel for site visit prior to Aug 9, 2023. All questions during the site visit should be submitted electronically to grace.lapierre@noaa.gov.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes on RFQ Number NFFP7350-23-02741GLP.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04 (JUNE 20203) (DEVIATION 2023-09) (JUN 2023).

 This solicitation is being issued as a total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 561720. The small business size standard is $22 Million.

This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial services:

Line Item 0001 – Base Year; Services, non-personal, to provide all labor, equipment and materials (unless otherwise provided herein) necessary for Janitorial services at the Point Adams Research Center facility in Hammond, OR, in accordance with the Statement of Work for the period of twelve months.
Line Item 1001 – Option Year 1; Services, non-personal, to provide all labor, equipment and materials (unless otherwise provided herein) necessary for Janitorial services at the Point Adams Research Center facility in Hammond, OR, in accordance with the Statement of Work for the period of twelve months.
Line Item 2001 – Option Year 2; Services, non-personal, to provide all labor, equipment and materials (unless otherwise provided herein) necessary for Janitorial services at the Point Adams Research Center facility in Hammond, OR, in accordance with the Statement of Work for the period of twelve months.
Line Item 3001 – Option Year 3; Services, non-personal, to provide all labor, equipment and materials (unless otherwise provided herein) necessary for Janitorial services at the Point Adams Research Center facility in Hammond, OR, in accordance with the Statement of Work for the period of twelve months.
