Description

General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

State: CA

City: Los Angeles

Delineated Area:

North: 101 FWY, South 10 FWY, West: 110 FWY, East: 101 FWY to 10 FWY

Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,111 (including a minimum of 200 SF Office)

Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,722

Additional Requirements:

  1. The space will be used to store documents and must accommodate a minimum floor load of 150 lbs per square foot.
  2. Doors from loading area to storage space must accommodate pallets.
  3. Office space to have HVAC.
  4. Minimum ceiling height of 10ft to accommodate shelving.
  5. Separate office area with a minimum of 200 ABOA SF.
  6. If the storage space is not directly accessible from the loading area, then elevator(s) required.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is required.  Offered space shall be outside the 100-year flood plain.
