Description

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE RADIATION DOSIMETRY The Buffalo VA Medical Center located at 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14215 has a requirement for Radiation Dosimetry Services. The period of performance April 1, 2023 to March 31,2024 with a provision for 4 (four) option years. The Contractor will be required to provide all necessary steps in providing Radiation Dosimetry services for personnel monitoring for the staff of the Buffalo VA Medical Center. The vendor shall be accredited by the National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP) of the National Institute of Standard and Technology for all radiation testing categories. The NAICS Code is 334519 Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing Size Standard: 500 employees Classification code: Q522 The RFQ will be a Small Business set-aside and will be posted to SAM.gov on or around February 3, 2023. This is subject to change. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from SAM.gov, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the quote submission process. Prospective Offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the SAM.gov website (https://www. sam.gov) so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. All responsible sources may submit quotes which shall be considered by the agency. No response is requested or required at this time.
