Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for all design, labor, materials, and supervision provide 35% design services for the design and construction necessary for the ktr to construct a usable concrete pad and electrical distribution service at Building 10 on Travis AFB, CA. 

The Government intends to release a solicitation on or after 15 days from the date this notice for the requirement below. This notice does not obligate the government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the government to pay for any proposal preparation costs.
