The purpose of this amendment is to attached the Site Visit Attendees and Site Visit Summary conducted on 14 November 2023. 

THIS IS OFFICIAL NOTIFICATION OF THE ISSUANCE OF A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP).

FA8601-24-R-00030001, LOGISTICS SUPPORT SERVICES (LSS) Materiel Management & Maintenance (AGE/TA)

The United States Air Force, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), Ohio 45433-5344 is soliciting for a firm- fixed price (FFP) contract for the following requirement:

88th Logistics REadiness Squadron (LRS) Logistics Support Services in the areas of Materiel Management and Maintenance for Transient Aircraft (TA) and Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE). These commercial services will be performed at WPAFB, other locations throughout the state of Ohio, and locations outside of the state of Ohio that are supported by WPAFB. The Scope of work shall include the furnishing of all personnel, supervision, vehicles, equipment, tools, materials, facilities, and other items and services to perform deployments/distribution and vehicle management. The commercial services will include management and performance of logistics for deployment and distribution operations including mobility operations, traffic management, vehicle operations, and small terminal operations; operation of air freight and passenger terminal movement, small terminal deployments and training functions; and worldwide movement of authorized personnel, cargo, and personal property as well as surface freight element functions; responsibility for arrangement of personal property movement services, in order to successfully accomplish the Government requirement as detailed in the PWS. This will be a performance-based services acquisition for non-personal, commercial services

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 561210, Facilities Support Services.
The size standard is $47,000,000. The Product/Service Code (PSC) is R706: Logistics Support Services. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04, effective 02 June 2023 to include Prohibition on a ByteDance Covered Application (FAR Case 2023-10).

NOTICE OF SITE VISIT

WPAFB will be conducting a Site Visit with regards to this solicitation on 14 November 2023. Please RSVP NLT 06 November 2023.

The details of the Site Visit are as follows:

Date: 14 November 2023
Time: 8am – 11am

Location: Please meet at the Hope Hotel Parking Lot outside of WPAFB Area A, Gate 12A

Attendees: Two (2) company representatives per contractor will be granted access.

Participation in this Site Visit will be at no cost to the Government. All travel, lodging, and transportation arrangements will be at the expense of the contractor.

Installation access to WPAFB and participation in this Site Visit must be coordinated through Joaquin Perez, Contract Specialist & Shannon Scott, Contracting Officer, by 08 November 2023 (See contact information below).

Requests after that time will not be accepted. Participation in the Site Visit is not required in order for submission of
an offer, and no preference will be given to participants.
