Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract for BAFFLES, in accordance with (IAW) the item description information outlined in the attached solicitation.
This procurement will be acquired IAW with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The NAICS Code is 334511, with a business size standard of 1250. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 5365.
DELIVERY LOCATION: Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, Pearl Harbor, HI 96860-5033. Requested FOB point is Destination.
