Description
Amendment 2 to solicitation 70Z04524QKODI0102 is being issued to provide responses to questions received that could potentially impact pricing. The due date for quotes is extended to 15 Jul 2024, at 1:00 p.m., Alaska time.

This solicitation is to Repair Pool Filtration System Building 2 Recreation Center at USCG Base Kodiak, Kodiak, AK, in accordance with the Statement of Work dated 2 Apr 2024. The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, transportation, services, and incidentals necessary to perform all work involved in this scope of work.
The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 236210. This requirement is set-aside for small businesses. The size standard is $45M per annum. The period of performance 30 days after the notice to proceed is issued.
In accordance with FAR 36.204(b) the magnitude of this requirement is between $25,000 and $100,000.
A pre-bid conference has been scheduled for 25 Jun 2024, at 9:00 a.m. Alaska time, at USCG Base Kodiak. Prospective offerors must complete the CGPD Vetting Form included with this solicitation and submit no later than noon Alaska time, 24 Jun 2024. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is recommended; however, attendance is neither required nor a prerequisite for proposal/bid submission and will not be considered in the evaluation.
Verbal explanations given before award will NOT be binding. Any authorized changes to this solicitation will be made in writing by issuing an amendment(s) to the offerors. Offerors shall acknowledge the amendment(s) in block 19 of SF Form 1442 or by returning a signed copy of the amendment(s) with the offer.
Questions are due to the Government no later than 1:00 p.m., Alaska time, on 27 Jun 2024.
Proposals are due to the Government no later than 1:00 p.m., Alaska Time, on 9 Jul 2024. Instructions for submitting proposals is contained in the solicitation.
