Description

The solicitation number is W9132T24Q0019 and is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP). It is noted that this procurement is being advertised on a competitive basis as a result of the statements received in response to the original pre-solicitation notice.

The Engineer Research and Development Center – Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (ERDC-CERL) has been tasked by the Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory’s  Defense Resiliency Against Extreme Cold Weather CPI to expand a model developed for Alaska to other boreal forest regions of North America. The objective of this effort is to identify multiple study sites across the boreal plain of Alberta that encompass a variety of forest sub-groups, soil types, and environmental conditions, and collect location, vegetation, and soil data that will be provided to ERDC-CERL. Please reference the attached written solicitation for a full description of the requirement and all applicable provisions and clauses.
