Pre-Proposal site visit questions and responses, dated 03 April 2024, have been POSTED. The Questions/Responses attachment is titled "2024 Civil Works Questions 03 Apr 24".  Some questions, located at the bottom of the attachment, are currently pending Legal Review.  A response to these questions should not affect bids either way, please do not wait for response to prepare/submit proposals.

Project Title: Civil Works IDIQ 2024 - Hurlburt Field FL

This is a solicitation for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) cconstruction contract for general construction requirements.

NAICS 237310, 100% small business set-aside, Firm Fixed price with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA)  

Funding will cite at the Task Order level. Guaranteed minimum for the life of the contract: $25,000.00. This minimum will be fulfilled by the first Task Order, which will be executed in conjunction with the award of the basic contract. Disclosure of Magnitude: More than $10M. The maximum ceiling amount for the life of the basic contract shall not exceed $26,000,000.00.

-DISCLOSURE OF MAGNITUDE FOR SEED PROJECT, Repair Sewer Lines, Basin #2, is Between $250,000 and $500,000.
